The Norm considers as psychosocial risk factors in workers those that can provoke anxiety disorders, non-organic sleep cycle disorder, severe stress and adaptation disorders, derived from the nature of the job position, type of work shift, and exposure to severe traumatic events (i.e. explosions, collapses, fires, among others) or acts of workplace violence due to the work carried out.
