Represented Capstone Mining Corp. in the negotiation and drafting of all necessary corporate documents and actions with regard to a refinancing transaction for the extension of a revolving term credit facility for a total amount of USD$200,000,000.00 dollars. Coordinated and negotiated new guarantee and security agreements in connection with said refinancing.
